This motivation is founded in our desire to follow Jesus and obey the words that He spoke recorded in Mark 12:30 and 31.

Jesus said that the two things that God most wants from us are to love Him with all that we are and to love people.

The amazing thing about God’s love is that He gives it to us because of who He is. We are in no way deserving of His love. Before God created man, He knew that He would have to set a new direction for him.

Man chose to follow his own road and got lost. God planned before this even happened to come and rescue him. Man can find direction back to relationship with God, because Jesus came, died on a cross, and rose again. Jesus assumed upon Himself the consequences of man’s lost ways. In His life and through His death, He set a new direction that man could have never set.

WFC is compelled to share this love with people. We are motivated in all we do by our love for the living God and His love through us for people…putting the interests of others above our own (Philippians 2:1-11).
